One of the leading, specialist, clinical negligence teams in Scotland is currently looking to recruit a further Senior Solicitor to join the dedicated team and manage a complex, high-value, pursuer clinical negligence caseload. The team has a real wealth of experience originating from the incumbent Partner, Senior Associates, Senior Solicitor, Solicitor and trainee Solicitor- all supported by a dedicated administrative and secretarial team. The incoming Clinical Negligence Solicitor will chiefly working alongside the Partner and manage a complex caseload covering birth injury, spinal/neurological injury, serious injury and surgical error.

The Role:
- Manage and progress a varied pursuer Clinical Negligence caseload
- Work collaboratively within a true team of experts on a challenging caseload
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors within the team- supporting the Partner with people management responsibilities
The Candidate:
- 4PQE+ Solicitor with a background clinical negligence (pursuer or defender)
- Strong technical skills within clinical negligence or personal injury
- Self-motivated and organised individual
- The ability to work well autonomously or in a team
- Good verbal communication skills
