Job Description

 

We are looking for an experienced Executry Solicitor to join our friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with clients, taking ownership of files, and being part of a supportive and professional firm with strong local roots.

The Role

You will handle a varied caseload of executry work from start to finish, including:

  • Managing executry files independently
  • Preparing and submitting Confirmation
  • Instructing estate agents, valuers and accountants
  • Dealing with beneficiaries and third parties
  • Distributing estates and preparing estate accounts

The Ideal Candidate

You will:

  • Have previous executry experience (essential)
  • Be a qualified Solicitor
  • Be well-organised, accurate and confident handling files
  • Have a professional, empathetic approach to clients
  • Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
