A well-established Scottish law firm is seeking an Executry Solicitor to join its friendly and supportive team in Lanarkshire.

Job Description

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful client contact, takes ownership of their files, and thrives in a collaborative environment with strong local roots.

In this role, you will manage a varied executry caseload from start to finish, providing clear guidance to clients and working closely with colleagues and external professionals throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing executry files independently
  • Preparing and submitting Confirmation
  • Instructing estate agents, valuers, and accountants
  • Dealing with beneficiaries and third parties
  • Distributing estates and preparing estate accounts

The ideal candidate will be at newly qualified level or above. You will be organised, confident in managing files, and bring a professional, empathetic, and team-focused approach with a positive attitude.
