QED Legal is working with a national firm seeking to appoint a Senior Employment Solicitor (minimum 5 years' PQE) to join their highly regarded team in either their Glasgow or Edinburgh office. This role is focused exclusively on contentious employment law, offering the opportunity to handle high-value and complex respondent matters for a varied and sophisticated client base.
You will manage a wide range of tribunal litigation and contentious advisory matters, including discrimination, unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, and industrial relations issues. The role will suit a solicitor already operating at a senior level within the Scottish market, with the confidence and expertise to take on complex disputes independently while contributing to strategic team development.
