Job Description

With in-depth knowledge across all aspects of employment law, the team supports both employers and employees with clear, practical advice tailored to their specific concerns.

The successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of employment matters, advising both individuals and organisations. The role involves representing clients in Employment Tribunals and providing guidance on issues such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE, and workplace disputes. Applicants should have completed a solid traineeship and have up to three years of post-qualification experience in employment law.

Ideal candidates will be confident managing their own caseload, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a practical, client-focused approach to legal problem-solving.
