Employment Solicitor | 2–6 Years PQE | Edinburgh

Our client, a leading Scottish law firm, is seeking a talented Solicitor with 2–6 years PQE to join its Employment Law team in Edinburgh. The team provides advice to both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law issues, including:
 

• Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
• TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings)
• Whistleblowing
• Employment tribunal advocacy

Clients span a variety of sectors, including healthcare and the public sector, offering exposure to challenging, high-quality work.

What we’re looking for:

• A qualified solicitor (Scotland) with 2–6 years PQE in employment law
• Strong technical knowledge with a commercially focused approach
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• The ability to manage your own caseload while working collaboratively within a team
