The employment team operates within a larger, globally integrated employment law division, serving a diverse array of clients across various international jurisdictions. The workload encompasses a true blend of advisory and contentious employment law matters, providing opportunities to engage with both types of cases. However, advocacy responsibilities are handled by a specialised sub-team within the division, allowing the employment team to focus on delivering expert legal guidance and managing a broad spectrum of employment issues.

Ideal candidates are 1PQE+ Solicitors who have already gained experience in employment law and demonstrated their ability to advise clients on both contentious and non-contentious matters. A proven track record in providing sound legal advice is essential, as is a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients.
