Our client, a commercial law firm, is seeking two Scottish or English-qualified lawyers to join its highly regarded Employment team.

Job Description

Based in Edinburgh (with Glasgow also considered), this is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse employer client base in a supportive, collaborative environment, with clear opportunities for career progression.

The successful candidates will advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including:

  • Advising employer clients on all aspects of employment law.
  • Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings where required.
  • Supporting complex projects, including TUPE transfers, restructures, and collective redundancies.
  • Managing a varied caseload while working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.
  • Delivering client training and contributing to business development initiatives.

The team is seeking one lawyer with 2–5 years’ PQE and another with 6+ years’ PQE. Candidates should have strong employment law experience. Experience advising employees would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing team, offering excellent career progression prospects. If this position is of interest, please don’t hesitate to contact Cameron or Teddie for a confidential discussion. (Assignment 18473)
