Employment Lawyer

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a broad range of UK and international clients, including major corporates, multinational organisations, and fast-growing businesses, advising on complex and varied employment law matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal advice while building strong client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities will include:

• Advising employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance issues, discrimination, redundancies, restructures, and employment contracts.
• Managing and supporting Employment Tribunal claims and other contentious employment matters, including dispute resolution and litigation strategy.
• Providing employment law support on corporate transactions, including due diligence, TUPE, and business transfers.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships while contributing to business development and marketing initiatives.
• Supervising and supporting junior team members, helping to develop talent within the wider employment team.

The team is keen to speak with candidates from a minimum of 2 years' PQE through to Managing Associate level. The ideal candidate will have experience in employment law, as well as strong technical expertise across both advisory and contentious matters. Previous experience supervising junior lawyers and involvement in business development activities would be advantageous.
