This leading UK law firm is seeking an Employment Lawyer to join its specialist employment team in Glasgow.

Job Description

 This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established national practice, advising a broad range of employer clients on both advisory and contentious employment matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters for employer clients
Providing day-to-day HR and employment law advice across a range of sectors
Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including advocacy where appropriate
Drafting employment documentation, tribunal responses, witness statements, and legal updates
Supporting business development activities, including training, networking, and client engagement
Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality client service and meet client objectives

Applicants should be qualified solicitors from newly qualified level through to 6 years’ PQE, with a genuine interest in employment law. Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team. Experience of Employment Tribunal litigation and employment advisory work would be advantageous.
