Our client, an established UK Law Firm headquartered in Scotland is seeking a Solicitor to join its highly ranked Employment and Immigration Team.

Job Description

Based in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, or Inverness, the successful candidate will advise clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including employee relations, dispute management, HR support, and transactional work.

The role involves drafting contracts and policies, preparing for and attending employment tribunals, negotiating settlements, and delivering training to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience handling employment law issues in a commercial environment.

To be considered for this role, you will be at NQ–2 years’ PQE level, with previous experience in employment law, ideally gained within a commercial firm, and a genuine enthusiasm for this area of practice. The position offers exposure to clients across the UK and internationally, with an emphasis on collaboration across business areas.

In addition to managing your own caseload under supervision, you will engage in business development activities and help promote the team’s services in line with the firm’s strategic plans. If this position could be of interest to you, please do not hesitate to contact either Steph or Jade for an initial and confidential discussion. (Assignment 17045)
