Job Description

The role offers flexibility with locations in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, and Inverness.

This role will primarily focus on employment litigation, HR advice, policy drafting, non-contentious transactional support, and client training. You will provide expert guidance on a wide range of employment matters, from fostering positive employee relations to handling disputes, while collaborating with the wider team on UK and international cases.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in employment law within a commercial firm and the ability to manage their own caseload with supervision. You will demonstrate strong organisational skills, effectively handling competing priorities and meeting deadlines, alongside a genuine enthusiasm for employment law.

In this full-time position, you will benefit from excellent career development prospects, including clear career paths and opportunities for progression. An associate position may be available for candidates with relevant experience.
