This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join a highly regarded Employment team based in Glasgow.

Your role will be varied, interesting and client-facing. You can expect to be involved in:
Advising employers and employees on a broad range of employment law issues.
Managing Employment Tribunal litigation from initial instruction through to hearing.
Developing case strategy, preparing pleadings and witness statements and advising clients on risk.
Representing clients at Employment Tribunal and, where appropriate, Employment Appeal Tribunal hearings.
Advising on employment contracts, policies, handbooks, settlement agreements and other documentation.
Advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE, warranties and indemnities.
Working on complex and sensitive employee relations matters.
Delivering client training, seminars and workshops.
Developing and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships.
Contributing to business development, networking and thought leadership initiatives.
Sharing your knowledge and experience with more junior members of the team.
We are interested to hear from Employment Solicitors with at least 2 years' PQE who are looking for a genuinely good career move.
You may already be working within a recognised employment team and be ready for greater responsibility, or you may be looking for a larger platform where you can broaden your experience and develop your career further.
You will ideally have:
At least 2 years' PQE in employment law.
Strong technical knowledge across employment law.
Experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
Experience of Employment Tribunal work and an interest in developing your advocacy skills.
A commercially minded approach to client advice.
The confidence to build strong and lasting client relationships.
An interest in business development and developing your own professional profile.
A collaborative and positive approach to working within a team.
