This well-established Scottish law firm is recruiting an Employment Senior Solicitor or Associate to join its Employment team in either Aberdeen or Dundee.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, advising a diverse client base while playing a key role in the continued growth of a busy and supportive practice.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including day-to-day HR and employee relations issues
Managing Employment Tribunal matters, including drafting ET3 responses and representing clients at hearings where appropriate
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, procedures and settlement agreements
Supporting corporate transactions, delivering client training, and contributing to business development initiatives

Applicants should be qualified solicitors with at least 2 years’ PQE and experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. Candidates should be confident managing their own caseload, providing practical and commercially focused advice, and developing strong client relationships. Strong communication, organisational and client care skills are essential.
