Their success hasn’t happened by chance. It has been carefully planned, thoughtfully executed and built on a clear vision for the future.
What has always stood out to me, however, is that throughout this growth, their commitment to the people behind that success has never changed.
This is a firm that genuinely cares about its people. You don’t join and disappear into the background; you join a supportive and inclusive team where you are valued, encouraged and given every opportunity to thrive. There are no flashy gimmicks here. Instead, they speak to their people, ask what would make the firm an even better place to work, and—most importantly—they listen and take action.
As a result of continued growth, they are now looking to appoint an ambitious and talented Employment Law Solicitor to join them at Associate level.
You’ll work with a fantastic and diverse client base across a wide range of sectors, including education and technology, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grounding in employment and discrimination law, together with experience supporting Employment Tribunal litigation. Exposure to transactional work, including M&A and TUPE, would be a real advantage.
You’ll have excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills, along with a commercial and solutions-focused mindset. You should be comfortable managing a varied caseload and enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative and friendly team.
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to business development, networking and delivering outstanding client service will also be important.
In return, you’ll receive a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including generous annual leave, private medical insurance, critical illness cover and income protection, along with a range of other valuable benefits.
Most importantly, this is a firm where you can genuinely build a long-term career and feel supported every step of the way.
