Employment Law Associate 2-5pqe - Edinburgh/Glasgow.
£65k-£75K (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Package.
Top tier firm with a network of offices nationally, are seeking an Associate with a combination of contentious and non-contentious employment law experience, to join their team in Scotland.
This role can be based either Edinburgh or Glasgow.
Our client has implemented a flexible, hybrid working model that combines both office-based and remote work arrangements.
Key areas of responsibility;
As well as the ability to provide comprehensive day-to-day employment advice on the full range of employment and discrimination law issues, you will be involved in executive exits, industrial relations, business restructuring, business protection, employment tribunal litigation, and corporate and project support work.
You will work with some for the UK's largest employers, in Scotland and England & Wales.
Experience of business immigration and tribunal advocacy will be an advantage, but not essential.

We are interested to hear form candidates who;
Possess solid technical understanding of employment law, excellent drafting, and communication skills, and demonstrate a commercial and practical approach to problem-solving.
Enthusiasm for developing marketing and business development skills, including participation in seminars, training sessions, tenders, and other marketing activities.
Comfortable working under deadlines in a challenging environment and be able to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Clear understanding and working experience of the operation and structure of a leading law firm and the needs of clients of a top-flight team.
Strong commercial awareness – but most importantly a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in Employment.
