The team is recognised by Chambers UK and The Legal 500 and advises a strong client base across multiple sectors.
You will advise employers on workplace matters including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures, and redundancies, lead Employment Tribunal claims (primarily for Respondents), and support TUPE, outsourcing, and corporate transactions. The role also involves drafting employment documentation and working closely with colleagues across the national Employment team, with opportunities to contribute to business development.
Candidates should be qualified solicitors with 2+ years’ PQE in employment law, strong client skills, and experience advising employer clients.
