Employment Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate - Glasgow

Ready for your next move in Employment Law? An established and highly regarded Scottish law firm is growing its Glasgow team and is looking for talented Employment Solicitors from 2+ PQE upwards.

I'm working with a leading Scottish firm looking to strengthen its Employment, Immigration & Pensions team. This is a great opportunity to join one of Scotland's largest employment law practices, working alongside recognised specialists and advising an impressive client base on a broad range of employment matters.

You'll be involved in a varied mix of high-quality work, including:

• Advising employers on complex employment law matters and workplace issues.
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims and litigation strategy.
• Handling Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal proceedings, including advocacy.
• Advising on settlement negotiations, risk and dispute resolution.
• Drafting employment contracts, policies, handbooks and procedures.
• Supporting corporate transactions, including TUPE matters.
• Delivering client training and contributing to business development.
