Our team are instructed in litigation in the Employment Tribunal and the civil courts and have represented clients in some of the most high profile and high value litigations in Scotland in recent years.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate to join our Glasgow team on a hybrid working basis. This is an employment law advisory and litigation-focused role, with a strong emphasis on contentious matters. The successful candidate will spend the majority oftheir time acting for employers, primarily supporting UK-based clients, while also advising and supporting Scottish-based clients as part of a varied and dynamic caseload. The role will involve managing a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including conducting Employment Tribunal advocacy where appropriate, as well as supporting and contributing to business development initiatives.
