The team delivers expert legal advice on employment law and global mobility to major UK and international businesses, focusing on building long-term relationships through a collaborative and client-focused approach.
This role offers a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including employment advisory matters, executive exits, tribunal litigation, restructuring projects, and corporate transactional support. You will also have the opportunity to support partners directly, lead key workstreams, and provide supervision and training to junior colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, a strong command of employment law, excellent drafting and communication skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Candidates with more experience are also encouraged to apply.
The firm operates a hybrid working model, allowing employees to work from home up to two days per week.
