The role involves handling a diverse caseload of employers’ liability, public liability, motor, and disease claims, both pre-litigated and litigated, on behalf of insurers, self-insureds, and local authorities.
You will manage your own files, conduct liability investigations, and liaise with clients, courts, and opposing parties. There are also opportunities to support partners with business development, mentoring, and client training.
Experience in defending EL/PL claims is essential. Knowledge of Scottish court procedures and exposure to motor, fraud, or disease work is desirable. Strong communication, time management, and teamworking skills are key.
The firm offers a collaborative environment, flexible working, and excellent career progression.
