The Dispute Resolution Team is expanding and requires an additional Associate to join its busy Glasgow practice. The role is diverse and covers a variety of disputes, from personal claims to large business contracts. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years PQE, with a strong litigation background. Previous exposure to the Scottish Courts, particularly Sheriff Court and Tribunals is desirable.
The position is full-time, spread over four days with hybrid working options. While there are no mandatory office days, occasional meetings may require office visits.
