We are pleased to be working with a leading international law firm that is recruiting a Solicitor to join its growing Casualty Injury team in Glasgow.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience within a respected defender practice acting for major insurers and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the handling of EL/PL claims
Helping progress cases efficiently and ensuring deadlines, SLAs, and protocols are met
Drafting instructions to experts and counsel
Managing risk and compliance issues, escalating where needed
Engaging professionally with clients and assisting with business development activities
Maintaining and developing technical knowledge through training and legal updates

The firm is seeking a motivated solicitor with at least 1 year PQE. Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise a busy caseload are essential. A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for defender PI work will be important.
