Job Description

The team advises a broad range of clients, including individuals, businesses, landlords, and public sector organisations, on all aspects of debt recovery.

This role includes advising on pre-litigation strategy, raising court proceedings, and appearing in the Sheriff Court. You will also provide advice on enforcement, including bankruptcy, diligence, and cross-border orders, while supporting training, knowledge sharing, and business development.

Applicants should have at least one year’s experience in debt recovery litigation, along with a solid understanding of the sector and the ability to manage a busy caseload in a fast-paced environment.
