An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Protection Solicitor (up to 3 years’ PQE) to join Thorntons’ specialist Data Protection team in Glasgow. This role is ideal for a Scottish-qualified solicitor with a genuine interest in data protection, privacy, and information law who is looking to develop their expertise within a respected, forward-thinking Scottish law firm.
You will work closely with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, providing trusted, practical advice on UK data protection law and information governance. The role offers exposure to a broad range of advisory, compliance, and contentious data protection matters, allowing you to build strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused solutions in an evolving regulatory landscape.
