Job Description

You’ll be joining a busy and growing team that advises a broad range of clients, from owner-managed businesses and entrepreneurs to larger corporate organisations. The work is varied, interesting and of excellent quality, covering mergers and acquisitions, management buyouts, shareholder agreements, restructures and general corporate advisory matters.

This role is open across Aberdeen, Edinburgh or Glasgow.
