This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse client base ranging from start-ups and SMEs to large national businesses, while playing a key role in the continued development of the firm’s corporate offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and corporate finance transactions
Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, joint venture arrangements and other corporate documentation
Providing advice on corporate governance, employee ownership structures and shareholder issues
Supporting business development initiatives and working closely with colleagues on multi-disciplinary transactions and projects
Applicants should have at least 2 years’ PQE with experience in corporate law and transactional work. Candidates should be commercially minded, confident managing a varied workload, and capable of building strong client relationships. A proactive approach to business development and a genuine interest in helping to grow the corporate practice are essential.
