My client is a leading independent law firm based in Glasgow, which due to continued growth, has an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor (2 years + PQE) to join their Corporate team.
The team provides assistance to a range of clients on various aspects of transactional corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and investment agreements and restructuring programmes. The clients range from well known blue chip organisations to SMEs and start up companies.
