Corporate Solicitor (1- 4 PQE)
Our client is an international law firm who seek to recruit an Associate to join their award winning Corporate team in Scotland. 

Team/ Role:

• Award winning national corporate team, which is consistently ranked as one of the UK’s top law firms for deal volume by Experian MarketlQ’s M&A Review.
• The role offers a breadth of work where you will be involved in all aspects of M&A, VC and PE deals, joint ventures and reorganisations.

Candidate profile:

• 1 to 4 years' PQE as a Corporate Solicitor.

• Strong team spirit and collaboration skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Salary:

£62,000 to £75,000
