Job Description

 

Beaumont Legal Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded Scottish law firm as they continue to strengthen their Corporate offering in Edinburgh.

Due to continued growth and an active deal pipeline, the firm is seeking to appoint a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join its ambitious and well-established Corporate team.

This opportunity offers genuine exposure to high-quality transactional work from the outset, supporting an impressive client base ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups and scaling businesses through to established Scottish and UK companies, investors and management teams.

Working closely with experienced Corporate Partners and senior lawyers, you will gain hands-on involvement across a broad range of matters including:

  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • Investments and fundraising transactions
  • Shareholder and investment agreements
  • Corporate restructures and disposals
  • Employee share incentive schemes
  • General corporate advisory work

You will be given early responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to work on complex and often high-value transactions, including matters with cross-border elements.
