Our client, a leading international law firm is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Corporate Lending team in Glasgow.

Job Description

The role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate lending transactions, including complex multi-jurisdictional matters, working with major financial institutions and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting and negotiating finance documents
  • Advising clients throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Coordinating deals to completion
  • Supervising junior team members
  • Building strong client relationships

The successful candidate will also contribute to business development and work closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas.

The ideal candidate will be at the 4 – 8 years’ PQE level and have strong banking and corporate lending experience, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and confidence in client-facing roles.
