Job Description

The team advises a diverse client base, ranging from ambitious startups to established entrepreneurs navigating key stages of growth, investment, and exit.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, fast-paced environment and play a hands-on role in corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, shareholder arrangements, and incentive schemes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in corporate transactional work, with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience. You will need excellent technical ability, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of managing transactions from start to finish. Confidence in handling client enquiries and contributing to a high-performing team is essential.
