Beaumont Legal Recruitment is seeking a Scottish-qualified Solicitor to advise corporate clients and senior individuals on complex regulatory matters, investigations and enforcement action.
The Work
Bribery, fraud and financial crime.
Money laundering, sanctions and tax evasion.
Proceeds of crime and corporate criminal liability.
Health & Safety and environmental regulation.
Internal and regulatory investigations.
About You
Scottish-qualified Solicitor (1–3 PQE).
An interest in corporate crime and regulatory law.
Strong research, drafting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
Commercially aware, organised and self-motivated.
Experience in financial crime or regulatory investigations would be advantageous. Dual qualification in Scots and English law is welcome but not essential.
