This role offers exposure to high-quality, cross-border mandates across a variety of sectors, including public and private M&A, private equity, venture capital, equity capital markets, restructurings, joint ventures, and strategic projects.
You will work on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions for global clients, developing your expertise within a team recognized for its sector knowledge and international reach. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain significant experience in major corporate transactions and cross-border work for blue-chip clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a range of corporate transactional and advisory matters.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Contribute to business development initiatives and client pitches.
Mentor and support junior team members.
Participate in thought leadership activities to raise the firm’s external profile.
Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver exceptional client service.
Candidates should have strong experience in corporate transactional work and be able to work with a degree of independence when appropriate. Excellent drafting skills, legal research ability, and commercial awareness are essential. A strong academic background and the ability to manage projects effectively within a team environment are also required.
