Following a recent internal restructure, the firm is now seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join its dynamic Corporate Team. This role is based in Glasgow City Centre, with the benefit of a hybrid working model.
The Corporate Team advises a diverse range of businesses on all aspects of corporate and commercial law, including:
The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years’ PQE, with solid experience across corporate and commercial matters and confidence in managing transactions independently. A proactive attitude toward business development and a desire to progress to director level are essential. Experience mentoring junior team members would be a valuable asset.
