Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a friendly, supportive residential property team with direct client contact and responsibility for managing transactions from start to finish.

The role will involve handling a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including:

Managing a full caseload of sale, purchase, and remortgage transactions
Advising clients throughout all stages of the conveyancing process
Preparing, reviewing, and finalising key property documents and reports
Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders, and agents to ensure smooth completion

The firm is looking for qualified Conveyancing Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and a strong grounding in Scots property law. Rural conveyancing experience would be advantageous, although not essential.
