Job Description

About Us:

We are a small, friendly legal firm based in Glenrothes and with an office in Dunfermline, dedicated to providing a high standard of client-focused legal services. We pride ourselves on our approachable team culture and commitment to delivering an efficient and personal service.

 

The Role:

We are seeking a confident and approachable Conveyancing Solicitor, who will also have the potential to carry out Private Client work, with a preferred minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience to join our team. This is a key role where you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction to settlement whilst growing a client base offering other key legal services.

 

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Scotland with a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
  • Ability to handle a caseload independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
  • Competent IT skills and experience using case management systems
  • A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a small team
