If you’ve recently qualified or have up to around 2 years’ PQE in conveyancing and are thinking about your next step, this is a great chance to move into a more specialist area and build something a bit more niche.
The role will involve managing a steady caseload of lender refinance work, with a strong focus on examining and reporting on title. You’ll be working closely with lender clients, including some of the bigger names in the market, so it’s a good opportunity to gain exposure to high-quality work and develop your experience in this space.

Initially, the role will be office-based to help you get up to speed, but there is flexibility to work from home two days a week once you’re settled.
