This is a firm with a long and rich history, firmly established in its local community and beyond. They're highly regarded, and for good reason. Their clients return to them time and again because they know they'll be looked after, and that reputation is something the firm is rightly proud of.
You'll be joining a great team here. The working environment is relaxed, friendly and supportive, with colleagues who genuinely enjoy working together. They place enormous importance on providing an excellent service to clients, but they're also great believers in having a healthy work-life balance.
They're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload of sales, purchases and remortgages.
As I've mentioned, client service really is at the heart of everything they do, so you'll be someone who genuinely cares about your clients, goes that extra mile and understands just how important buying or selling a home can be.
You'll be the calm, reassuring voice when things become stressful, keeping your clients informed, managing their expectations and making what can sometimes be a complicated process feel as straightforward as possible.
You'll be confident managing your own workload, highly organised and comfortable dealing with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
And there's more to this opportunity than residential conveyancing.
If you're keen to broaden your skills and experience, you'll have the opportunity to become involved in Commercial Property matters, including leasing. Equally, if Private Client work is an area you'd like to explore, there is scope to develop your knowledge and experience there too.
There's no expectation that you have to branch out into other areas, but I think it's a real attraction for someone who enjoys conveyancing and would also welcome the chance to learn something new.
Whilst you'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, you'll also have the support of experienced colleagues around you who genuinely work together and help one another.
If you're looking for your next step, somewhere you can enjoy the work you do, feel valued and continue to develop your career whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance, this could be the perfect fit for you.
In addition to a competitive salary, depending on experience, the firm also offers a discretionary bonus.
Please reach out to me, Deborah Collier at QED Legal, on the details provided for a confidential discussion.
