We are a well-established and growing law firm and provide a broad range of legal services to clients throughout Dunfermline and Fife seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy and friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive legal professional who is passionate about providing high-quality advice and building long-term client relationships.

The Role

As a Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient service for clients.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including: 

• Sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of title
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum of 1 year PQE
• Have proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Possess excellent communication and client care skills
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Have the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrate a commercial and client-focused approach
• Be a strong team player with a positive and professional attitude
