Key Responsibilities
Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
Advise clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title, and related property transactions.
Deliver clear, practical, and client-focused legal advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, lenders, and local contacts.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to support wider business development and client service initiatives.
Ensure transactions are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements and firm standards.
About You
Scottish Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE.
Strong residential conveyancing experience with the ability to manage your own caseload independently.
Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
High level of attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
Proactive, team-oriented, and keen to contribute to a boutique firm environment.
