The firm is looking to strengthen its property team and is seeking a capable Residential Property Solicitor. You may be newly qualified or have up to four years’ post-qualification experience. Regardless of your level, you will be confident managing your own caseload and handling the full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish. You will be well organised, able to prioritise effectively, and genuinely enjoy building strong, lasting client relationships.
Client relationships are the cornerstone of this firm’s success. As a result, the emphasis is firmly on quality service delivery, with no fee targets and no time recording.
Experience in commercial property would be advantageous but is by no means essential. There will be plenty of opportunity to develop your skills and gain exposure in this area.
The salary is competitive and will be aligned with your skills and experience. The role is primarily office-based, although once established you will have the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
