This is an exciting opportunity for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a friendly and forward-thinking firm in Glasgow. Key Responsibilities

• Act for a diverse client base, providing clear, practical advice on residential property transactions.
• Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of residential property efficiently and accurately.
• Gain exposure to commercial and rural property matters, broadening your experience and skill set.
• Build strong relationships with clients through a proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to support business growth and cross-referrals.

About You

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ideally NQ – 3+ years’ PQE, with a strong grounding in core residential property work.
• High level of technical competence, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
• Motivated to develop long-term expertise and broaden experience into commercial and rural property.
