Key Responsibilities
As part of the firm’s expanding Residential Property team, you will manage a varied caseload of conveyancing transactions, acting for a broad and loyal client base within a supportive and dynamic environment.
You will work with a diverse range of clients, from first-time buyers and families to high-net-worth individuals and property investors managing portfolio acquisitions and sales.
Manage residential sales, purchases and re-mortgages from instruction to completion.
Prepare conveyancing documentation and support the transaction process through to settlement.
Provide clear, proactive communication to clients, lenders and intermediaries.
Maintain excellent client relationships through consistent communication and service delivery.
Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
About You
Experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with a strong background in Scottish Residential Property work.
Previous experience managing residential conveyancing transactions from inception to completion.
Strong communication and client management skills with a track record of handling a varied caseload.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
Motivated by the opportunity to work in a growing, high-quality team and develop long-term expertise in residential property.
