The Role
This role will suit a non-contentious construction specialist looking for exposure to high-profile, cutting-edge projects across both Scotland and England. The role offers a varied and intellectually stimulating workload within a highly supportive team.

· Focus on non-contentious construction and infrastructure law
· Work with household-name clients across real estate development, urban regeneration, energy, infrastructure, education, and healthcare sectors
· Advise on large-scale development agreements, procurement, risk allocation, operations, and facilities management
· Opportunity to engage in business development and contribute to team growth
· Work closely with colleagues across the firm’s UK and global offices
· Support and mentoring for those seeking dual Scottish/English qualification

About You
We’re keen to hear from driven and technically excellent construction solicitors who are:
· 5+ years PQE, with a focus on non-contentious construction
· Qualified in Scotland or England & Wales (dual-qualified or open to dual qualification)
· Experienced in advising on development, construction contracts, procurement, or infrastructure matters
· Commercially aware with strong client-facing skills
· Confident managing a complex caseload independently
· Excellent communicators with a collaborative mindset
