Construction (Non-Contentious) Associate

Job Description

The role involves handling a broad range of construction matters including:

• Advising on construction, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects.
• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts and project documentation.
• Providing strategic and commercial legal support to clients.
• Managing matters independently and assisting junior colleagues.
• Supporting business development and team growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years’ PQE, with experience in non-contentious construction law and strong knowledge of standard construction contracts, including NEC, FIDIC and/or JCT.
