Our client, a leading international Law Firm, is currently seeking a non-contentious construction Lawyer to join its Edinburgh team.

Job Description

This high-profile role offers the chance to advise on major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK and internationally.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advising a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, primarily in energy, infrastructure, and built environment sectors.
  • Providing strategic, commercially focused legal support on large-scale transactions.
  • Managing client matters independently while mentoring junior team members.

The team is open to candidates of all levels, from NQ upwards. More junior candidates will ideally have some experience in non-contentious construction law, while more senior candidates will have extensive expertise in this area, including strong experience drafting and negotiating construction contracts such as FIDIC, NEC, IChemE, and JCT. This role also offers the opportunity to influence the growth and strategic direction of the practice.

This is a great opportunity to join a full-service firm with a strong reputation, inclusive culture, and flexible working options.
