The role will involve working on a broad range of construction and engineering disputes, including:
Handling adjudications, mediations, Expert Determinations and conciliations
Acting in international and domestic arbitrations
Managing Pre-Action Protocol matters within the construction and engineering sphere
Conducting litigation in the Technology and Construction Court and Scottish courts
Providing strategic contractual advice throughout the project lifecycle
The firm is seeking a solicitor with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE, with proven experience handling complex, high-value contentious construction matters. Candidates should have strong technical ability, excellent communication skills, and confidence managing a demanding and varied caseload. Experience leading others, supervising junior colleagues, and contributing to business development will be important.
