You will manage a varied caseload for private and public sector clients, including adjudications, court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. The role includes advising on standard form contracts (SBCC, NEC), representing clients in contentious matters, and liaising with counsel and expert witnesses.
Candidates should be Scottish-qualified, NQ–3 years’ PQE, with experience in construction litigation or commercial disputes and a genuine interest in the construction sector. Strong communication skills, proactivity, and the ability to manage a busy workload are essential.
