An exciting in-house legal opportunity has arisen with a leading global organisation at the forefront of technological innovation and safety.

Job Description

With over 100 years’ track record of reducing technological risks and protecting people, assets, and the environment, the business continues to expand its legal function and is now seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join the team.

This role will involve providing legal support across a broad range of commercial matters. There will be a strong focus on commercial contracts, so proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and advising in this area is essential. Additional knowledge of data protection or export control would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will be confident working independently and as part of a wider team, with strong communication and analytical skills. This position requires a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience, though applications are welcomed from those with more senior backgrounds.

Based in East Kilbride, the role offers flexible and hybrid working options, including the potential for a fully remote arrangement. Part-time applicants will also be considered. A competitive salary will be offered, commensurate with experience.

If this position interests you, please get in touch with Cameron or Teddie for an initial and confidential discussion.  (Assignment 17062)
