This well-established Scottish law firm is currently recruiting an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its Property team in Edinburgh.

Job Description

The role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a close-knit and supportive department, handling a broad range of commercial property transactions.

The position involves advising clients on development site acquisitions, commercial leasing, Deeds of Conditions, asset transfers, disposals, and related contract and security work. The successful candidate will enjoy a varied caseload with significant client contact and autonomy, while also contributing to the supervision of junior staff and trainees. The firm offers strong career development prospects, with excellent opportunities for progression within a team known for its tailored client service and technical expertise.

Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in commercial property, with excellent communication and time management skills. A strong sense of initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines effectively are essential. This is a full-time, permanent position with the option for hybrid working.
